Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential HVAC service department
Coach, train, and mentor service technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality performance
Monitor KPIs and drive team performance through accountability and support
Ensure timely, professional, and code-compliant service on all customer jobs
Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and install departments to ensure smooth communication and scheduling
Handle customer escalations with a solutions-first mindset
Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and ongoing technical training
Maintain proper documentation, safety protocols, and compliance with local/state HVAC codes
Represent the Bardi brand with integrity, professionalism, and pride
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Active EPA Certification; NATE Certification preferred
Proven track record of leading successful residential HVAC teams
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills
Solid understanding of residential HVAC systems, diagnostics, and service practices
Proficiency with service software and scheduling systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
Ability to motivate technicians, hold the team accountable, and foster a positive work culture
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
