Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential HVAC service department

  • Coach, train, and mentor service technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality performance

  • Monitor KPIs and drive team performance through accountability and support

  • Ensure timely, professional, and code-compliant service on all customer jobs

  • Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and install departments to ensure smooth communication and scheduling

  • Handle customer escalations with a solutions-first mindset

  • Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and ongoing technical training

  • Maintain proper documentation, safety protocols, and compliance with local/state HVAC codes

  • Represent the Bardi brand with integrity, professionalism, and pride


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

  • Active EPA Certification; NATE Certification preferred

  • Proven track record of leading successful residential HVAC teams

  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills

  • Solid understanding of residential HVAC systems, diagnostics, and service practices

  • Proficiency with service software and scheduling systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)

  • Ability to motivate technicians, hold the team accountable, and foster a positive work culture

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
