Bardi Home Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Install Project Manager to lead, train, and support our residential Excavation and Plumbing Installation teams. Responsibilities: 

• Train and hold team members accountable to follow our service system and educate the customer on products and services 

• Meet and exceed key performance requirements 

• Train and hold team members accountable to deliver quality workmanship (possess necessary tools to do the job) 

• Train and hold team members accountable to maintain a clean, organized job site and truck 

• Train and hold team members accountable to establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services 

• Train and hold team members accountable to maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business 

• Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings. 

• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations 

• Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees 

• Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions 

Qualifications: 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Great attention to detail and accuracy 

• Self-motivated individual who enjoys winning as a team 

• Optimistic, enthusiastic, and people-centric focus 

• Great problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate 

• Proven experience leading Excavation/Plumbing Installation projects from start to finish, including managing teams and providing Plumbing expertise

• Knowledge of local Plumbing codes
