Bardi Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead our residential installation department. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing technicians and installers, ensuring quality workmanship, driving revenue and profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Lead and manage all residential HVAC installation operations
- Supervise, coach, and develop installation technicians, leads, and helpers
- Conduct ride-alongs, job site visits, and quality inspections
- Monitor department KPIs, productivity, revenue, gross margin, and callback rates
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Coordinate scheduling, manpower planning, and workload distribution
- Partner with sales and service teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Address customer concerns and resolve escalated issues professionally
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train installation team members
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and industry standards
- Drive accountability while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture

Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, installation practices, and code requirements
- Proven ability to coach and develop employees
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement plans
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
