As the Plumbing Install Manager, you will lead and support our Plumbing and Excavation teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership & Accountability: Lead, train, and motivate your team to deliver quality service while adhering to company standards.
- Customer Education: Ensure team members educate customers on the best products and services for their needs.
- Quality Control: Hold team members accountable to provide quality workmanship, maintain clean job sites, and ensure all work meets plumbing codes.
- Professionalism: Uphold a high standard of professionalism, ensuring your team maintains a clean, organized, and well-maintained truck and job site.
- Team Development: Mentor apprentices and support team members in enhancing their skills to achieve faster, accurate repairs and installations.
- Operational Excellence: Participate actively in training, meetings, and company initiatives to continually improve operations and service.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction, drive repeat business, and generate new referrals.
- Health & Safety: Ensure team members follow all safety guidelines and work effectively in various climate conditions.
Qualifications:
- Active Master Plumber License in the State of GA – Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Proven Leadership Experience in managing Plumbing and Excavation projects from start to finish.
- Strong Communication Skills – both verbal and written.
- Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities and a collaborative attitude.
- Attention to Detail – ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Self-Motivated with a Winning Attitude – always striving for success, both individually and as part of a team.
- Physical Capability to perform plumbing tasks under various conditions.
- Customer-Centric Approach – ensuring a positive and educational experience for every client.
- Proven Track Record in leading and mentoring plumbing teams to success.
